Domestic orders will ship within 2-5 business day(s) via USPS Priority or First Class or UPS Ground depending on weight. Most orders will arrive within 3-7 business days.
However, COVID has caused shipping delays across the country. Please keep in mind that we have no control over delayed shipping once the carrier takes hold of your package.
Weekends and holidays do not qualify as business days and therefore excluded from processing and shipping times.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You may track your package with the carrier once you receive that email.
"Where's my package?"
As stated above you should receive an email (or text if you're opted in) with your tracking number. Once a package leaves our warehouse we have the same options you do for looking up where it is. We highly recommend first checking your tracking status on your package, and if there is a problem please reach out to us!
All packages are insured through USPS or UPS automatically, if you'd like to add additional insurance you can toggle on the Route Package Insurance at checkout. Route is wonderful at taking care of any issues you may have with package carriers and can get you a refund or replacement SO much faster than dealing with the carriers directly!
If you need to file a claim with Route, you can do so quickly and easily using their mobile app or clicking on the link in the email that was sent to you at purchase time! You can also start a claim here.
